Our maternity concierge services are tailored to meet your specific needs, taking the guesswork and chaos out of your pregnancy and newborn months.

Complementary Telephone Consultation

Start out by giving us a call. This phone session gives you the opportunity to learn more about us, and to tell us your specific concerns and needs. In just a few minutes, we let you know the ways we can help you.

Essential Maternity Concierge Plan ($595)

The Essential Maternity Concierge Plan is the basic building block of our services. After the phone consultation or one-on-one session, we will come to you to discuss your pregnancy in detail. We will customize your Baby Guidebook to list everything you’ll need including a tailored timeline, what to buy (and perhaps more importantly, what not to buy!), where to shop (locally and online), as well as literally dozens of additional pages of tips and resources. The Essential Plan provides you with expert advice and the Seattle-specific resources you’ll need to enjoy your pregnancy, and to feel serene and prepared well before your baby’s arrival. The Essential Plan also entitles you to discounts with our exclusive network of partners.

Deluxe Maternity Concierge Plan (price by negotiation)

The Deluxe Maternity Concierge Plan builds on the foundation of the Essential Plan, by providing guidance during pregnancy, though the birth of your baby. The Deluxe Plan can be purchased with the Essential Plan at the beginning of your pregnancy, or added on at a later date.

After the initial visit, we will arrange a second one-on-one session about four to six weeks before your due date, and a third session three to four weeks after your baby’s arrival. During the pre-natal session, we will discuss your needs for the remainder of your pregnancy, including stocking the freezer, enlisting help around the house, and mailing birth announcements. The post-natal session will be attended by a doula, who will provide guidance on caring for your newborn.

Premier Maternity Concierge Plan (price by negotiation)

The Premier Maternity Concierge Plan provides the highest level of service that Seattle Baby Planners offers. In addition to the services provided in the Essential and Deluxe Plans, you’ll have ongoing and unlimited phone and email access to your Baby Planner. With this plan, you can call on us to provide personalized research on anything from nannies to nap schedules. This plan also includes a full range of nursery coordination services, including access to an interior designer who will help you create the nursery of your dreams.
